Why I understand
this space

Before becoming a coach, I spent over twenty years working at senior level in the construction industry

Working as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, I managed complex, high-value projects in demanding corporate environments.

I understand:

  • Decision fatigue

  • Leadership pressure

  • High expectations

  • Long hours

  • The difficulty of stepping back
     

This work draws on that experience alongside professional coaching training.

 

It’s grounded in real-world responsibilit, not abstract theory.
