This work is for people who are getting through the days,
but feel worn down underneath it all.

It may be right for you if you’re living with anxiety, sustained stress, burnout, or a sense of emptiness that doesn’t seem to lift... Even when, on paper, life looks fine.

Many people I work with are capable, responsible, and used to managing pressure. They’ve just been doing it for too long without space to stop and think.

  • Slow things down enough to think clearly again

  • Build healthier boundaries and responses

What’s Included in the 1:1 Life Coaching Programme

Comprehensive Coaching Sessions

Across six weeks, you will engage in three or six deeply focused sessions where every minute is dedicated to your growth and transformation.

These sessions include:

Sessions are delivered online via Zoom or in person, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle and location.

Practical Details

Three Coaching Session Plan

The programme consists of:

  • 3 x 1:1 coaching sessions over a 6-week period.

  • Sessions are 1-hour long and are delivered delivered online via Zoom OR in person

 

Your investment: 2 payments of €240 totalling €480

Six Coaching Session Plan

The programme consists of:

  • 6 x 1:1 coaching sessions 75 mins long.

  • Plus Email / whatsapp check-in support between sessions for additional support.

  • Sessions are delivered online via Zoom OR in person

 

Investment: €990 or 3 payments of €330
